Funded & Free · 90-day 1:1 mentorship for solo remote workers leaving the US
Ninety days to move from worrying, waiting, and wondering to actually going, with a partner who has felt the fear of leaving, isn't swayed by it, and keeps your goal in view the whole way.
No pressure, let's talk. You'll leave with real clarity on your next step, whether or not that's working together.
You have the kind of work that could travel with you, at least in theory. You've watched the videos, done the research, maybe even priced out a sunny apartment somewhere at midnight. The wanting is real. And still, you're in a place you know you've outgrown.
Maybe the next steps feel fuzzy, and the visa and long-term income questions keep circling back around. Maybe you get close, then doubt creeps in and you talk yourself into one more year. Maybe the people around you don't quite understand why you'd want to go, and carrying this decision on your own feels isolating and lonely.
If any of that feels close to home, nothing is wrong with you. You're standing where so many people stand, right before a beautiful leap.
I've learned this from my own exits and from sitting with people at the edge of theirs. The plan matters, and we'll build yours together. But what tends to carry people across is a partner: someone who understands the fear from the inside, isn't swayed by it, and holds your goal steady on the days you can't.
“Even though I have legal teams in both locations, I’ve continued pushing my target departure date back by ‘three months from now’ for over a year because the overall plan still felt overwhelming.”
Living abroad isn't a members-only club for retirees and expensive visas. There are more paths than anyone advertises, and yours gets to be personal, even if it looks a little less defined than everyone else's.
Introducing
Ninety days of 1:1 mentorship, accountability, and steady support for the solo remote worker who is ready to turn wanting to leave into actually going. Think of it as the beginning of the year you pay and pour into yourself first.
Phase one
We get honest, gently, about what you're holding onto and why. Then we name your dealbreakers in advance, so you'll know your answer before doubt asks the question.
Phase two
We focus on the few big levers that actually move you, with no gatekeeping and no over-optimizing. Your milestones become real, your timeline becomes reachable, and your leap gets a runway beneath it.
Phase three
We guard your peace: who you tell and when, how to stay steady when other people's fears show up, and how to keep going on the days your own doubt gets loud.
I left the US solo as an empty nester almost two years ago, with a remote job and a sense that a layoff might be coming. I planned and made my move to Panama City in two months.
Nine months after my move, the layoff arrived. It wasn't devastating, because I'd already positioned myself to come out not just fine, but better off. Moving early meant I could not only afford the break, but actually enjoy it. What may have felt like a loss back home became a funded sabbatical, with room to live deeply and joyfully while I built this business.
Before Panama, I'd traveled plenty within the US but had only left the country a few times. Living here gave me what I'd never had before: the space, the clarity, and the proximity to explore slowly and deeply. I'm not retired, and I didn't have an easy residency path to follow, so I made strategic choices. I'm not special. My willingness to move early is.
My whole life has followed one thread: leaving well, so every exit puts me in a better position than before. I did it when I left tech, and again when I chose Panama as my current best position. Not the answer. The current best position. I'd love to help you find yours.
“My biggest aha moment was realizing that I’ve been so focused on having every financial detail perfectly in place that I could keep postponing the life I actually want. The session gave me clarity, direction, and concrete next steps, while also making me think about the emotional side of leaving a life I’ve spent years building.”
“She doesn’t make promises about navigating visas in countries she’s never visited or claim experience she doesn’t have. That honesty and integrity made me feel confident trusting her with my exit strategy.”

It's a four-figure investment in yourself. We'll talk it through openly on your Clarity Call, once we both know it's the right fit.
That's exactly what the Clarity Call is for. Plenty of people arrive unsure, and you'll leave knowing your next step, whatever it turns out to be.
Not at all. Some people arrive with a city in mind and some arrive with only a feeling. Either is a lovely place to begin.
No. Panama is my current best position, not the answer for everyone. Your path gets to be your own.
No. I'm not an attorney, tax professional, or immigration specialist. I'll help you get clear on your questions and decide which ones are worth bringing to a professional.
It doesn't. A move abroad can simply be what's next. Leave well, then let the experience show you where to go from there.
Funded & Free is designed for people making this decision on their own, so it's best suited to solo movers.
The life you keep picturing deserves more than someday. Let's talk about what's next.
